Aurora Aksnes was born on 15 June 1996 in Stavanger, Norway. Professionally known as Aurora and sometimes stylized with lowercase letters, such like AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released by the label Decca Records in May 2015 getting great reviews from music bloggers and the press. She has recorded several high-profile songs as covers, like Half the World Away (by Oasis), from the group Oasis) for John Lewis' Christmas advert as well as Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole) and were widely appreciated. Katy Perry's praise for the song Runaway via a blog post added to the musician's acknowledgement. Celebrate the special occasion. Aurora Aksnes' earliest memory of music was discovering a grand piano in the attic. It was awe-inspiring to see its capabilities. Family members didn't even be aware of this until she was 14. Aurora wasn't a dream. The singer claims she is a fan of composing songs.
